“I am only one, but I am one. I cannot do everything, but I can do something. And I will not let what I cannot do interfere with what I can do.”
― Edward Everett Hale
A FEW OF THE CAUSES WE CARE ABOUT. TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
The firestorm that has ravaged Sonoma County over this past week has taken a devastating toll on our community, with 6,700 structures destroyed, 22 deaths, and more than $3 billion in losses. More than 100,000 people have been displaced from their homes, and countless numbers of people have lost absolutely everything.
Project Boon operates events that bring together those in need, those willing to help, and the resources that make a difference.
When we were children, the neighborhood pulled together when a family down the street faced tough times. Our community made an immediate impact, and we knew the human connection.
Now, our mission is to help people connect with and rediscover the community to which we all belong—next door or a world away—by supporting our neighbors in need.
We’re a coalition stretching across Iraq, Syria, the United States, and beyond, working together to unmake violence and create the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible.
We meet families on the frontlines of conflict, providing them lifesaving food, water, and medical care. We give them what they need to hold on and hold out.
We create jobs for those victimized by ISIS. We provide small business grants, tools, and coaching so they can start again and so their families can flourish.
